| We accept credit card and bank transfer payments through PayPal. A Paypal account IS NOT REQUIRED to make payment via Paypal.

| Return Policy:
Although we ensure our goods are of the highest quality and each package is checked prior to shipping, once your package leaves our premises we cannot ensure that no damage will occur. We will however do our best to keep you happy and retain your loyalty.
JULEE STORES will not be liable for any damage if not reported within 7 days after receiving your shipment.
-Merchandise should be returned in new condition and in original packaging. Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. For hygenic reasons, and health regulations we will not accept returns on specific items such as earrings if opened or out of original packaging. Please be sure to contact us with any queries prior to placing your order.
JULEE STORES reserves the right to either issue refunds or store credits. This will be decided on a case by case basis.
-We only refund shipping and handling charges if we made an error with your order.

| Shipping:
- Shipping is calculated at a flat rate of $15.99 CAD for wholesale and retail purchases.
- We will ship your order 1-3 days after payment notification.
- All shipments are checked prior to shipping and will be assigned a tracking number.
- All items dispatched by JULEE STORES Domestically & Internationally have Proof of Delivery. Any attempt of Domestic or International Mail Fraud will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
